Pregnancy and Birth, Mother & Baby Health Center
The pregnancy and delivery process is evaluated week by week by Gynecologists and Obstetricians, and the family is informed at every stage of the baby’s development. The team performs pregnancy follow-ups with the latest technology 4D Ultrasonographic imaging and supports normal delivery in line with scientific data.
Pregnancy
Some of the areas in which our obstetricians have experience include, but are not limited to;
-Early labor or rupture of membranes
-Gestational diabetes
-Gestational hypertension, preeclampsia (pregnancy poisoning)
-Fetal malpresentation
-Intrauterine growth retardation (a problem with the baby’s development during pregnancy)
-Oligohydramnios, polyhydramnios (less or more amniotic fluid)
-Advanced maternal age (35 years and older)
-Grand Multipar (more than five pregnancies)
Gynecologic Oncology (Gynecologic Cancers)
The female reproductive organs are the ovaries, the uterus, the tubes that carry the fertilized egg, the vagina and the vulva that limits the entrance to the vagina. Cancers of the female reproductive organs are called gynecologic cancers. The most common gynecologic cancers are cervical, uterine and ovarian cancers. The cervix is the part of the uterus that opens into the vagina. The cellular tissue of the cervix is different from that of the uterus. For this reason, cancers that develop in the cervix have a different development and spread characteristic than cancers of the uterus.
Urogynecology-Genital Organ Prolapse
Diagnosis and treatment of urinary incontinence and disorders related to reproductive organs are performed.
Perinatology
The specialty of perinatology, the science of pregnancy and childbirth, is very important for improving the health of pregnant women and their babies, early diagnosis of fetal anomalies, screening for chromosomal anomalies, preventing miscarriages and stillbirths, understanding preterm birth, diagnosing problems that may occur in multiple pregnancies and managing the follow-up of pregnancies.

The pregnancy vaccine, also known as immunotherapy for pregnancy or recurrent miscarriage treatment, is a specialized therapy aimed at improving the immune environment during pregnancy. It is used primarily for women who have experienced recurrent miscarriages or difficulties conceiving due to immune-related issues. By balancing the immune response, the treatment enhances the chances of carrying a pregnancy to full term.
This therapy typically involves administering a series of injections that help regulate the mother’s immune system, ensuring that it accepts and nurtures the developing embryo instead of mistakenly attacking it as a foreign body.
How Does the Pregnancy Vaccine Work?
The pregnancy vaccine is designed to address immune-related causes of miscarriage, which can occur when the body perceives the developing embryo as a threat. The immune system, which normally protects the body from infections, may sometimes overreact and trigger an attack on the embryo, leading to pregnancy loss.
The vaccine works by introducing controlled doses of certain immune-regulating substances, such as paternal white blood cells or other immunological agents. These substances help “teach” the immune system to tolerate the embryo, reducing the risk of rejection and miscarriage.
The process typically involves several steps:
- Blood is drawn from the prospective father (or donor) to obtain white blood cells.
- The white blood cells are processed and then injected into the mother’s skin or arm in small doses.
- These injections stimulate an immune response that promotes tolerance of the developing embryo.
Benefits of the Pregnancy Vaccine
- Increased chance of successful pregnancy: By modulating the immune system, this therapy can improve the likelihood of a healthy, full-term pregnancy for women who have suffered multiple miscarriages.
- Minimally invasive: The procedure involves simple injections and doesn’t require surgery or extended recovery time.
- Personalized treatment: Each vaccine is tailored based on the couple’s immunological profile, ensuring that the therapy targets the specific immune issues affecting their pregnancy journey.
- Complementary to other fertility treatments: The pregnancy vaccine can be used alongside in vitro fertilization (IVF) and other fertility therapies to enhance the overall chances of a successful pregnancy.
Who Should Consider the Pregnancy Vaccine?
The pregnancy vaccine may be an option for women who:
- Have experienced multiple unexplained miscarriages (typically three or more).
- Have been diagnosed with an immunological disorder that may affect pregnancy.
- Are undergoing fertility treatments like IVF and want to optimize their chances of success.
However, a thorough medical evaluation is necessary to determine if the pregnancy vaccine is the right choice for each patient. During this evaluation, your medical history, immune profile, and any previous pregnancies will be reviewed.
What to Expect During Treatment
The pregnancy vaccine involves a series of injections, typically administered over several weeks or months, depending on the treatment plan. Here’s an overview of the process:
Consultation and Testing: Before treatment begins, a full evaluation, including blood tests and immune system analysis, is conducted to identify any potential immunological issues.
Preparation of Vaccine: Blood is drawn from the father or a donor to prepare the vaccine, which contains immune cells designed to trigger the necessary immune response.
Injection Schedule: Once prepared, the vaccine is administered through a series of injections. These are usually given in a clinic setting, and the number of treatments will depend on your unique immune response and pregnancy plan.
Monitoring: Throughout the treatment process, your doctor will monitor your immune system and overall health to ensure the therapy is working effectively.
Most patients tolerate the injections well, though minor side effects such as mild swelling or redness at the injection site may occur.
The cost of the pregnancy vaccine depends on various factors, including the number of injections required and the complexity of the immune issue being treated. Because this is a personalized treatment, it’s best to consult with our clinic for a full cost breakdown based on your specific needs.
