Internal Medicine (internal medicine) is a medical unit that forms the basis for all clinical units. It is the direct solution to all non-surgical health problems of the patient group over 14 years of age. Evaluating the patient as a whole and performing the examinations within this integrity is important in terms of diagnosing and initiating treatment processes.
In the light of developing new technology and science, the Internal Medicine Department has also started to be divided into sub-branches.
The general internal medicine department is the first department to be applied by the adult patient group. Febrile diseases, respiratory tract, digestive system diseases, liver diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart diseases, trioid diseases are admitted to the general internal medicine unit for the first diagnosis and treatment program.
We work in coordination with our radiology and biochemistry specialists in disease diagnosis and with General Surgery and other surgical branches in cases requiring surgical intervention.
Internal medicine, popularly known as internal medicine, is a comprehensive branch of science and serves as a guide for those with health problems. Most of the tests are initiated and diagnosed by this clinic, and depending on the condition of the disease, it is either treated by this unit or the patient is referred to a higher branch.
